Role Overview:
As a Brooksource Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in sourcing and matching top IT talent with exciting career opportunities. You’ll build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process while helping clients find the best talent to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales team to identify client hiring needs and develop targeted talent strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, guiding them through interviews and job offers.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide coaching on resumes, interviews, and job offers to ensure candidate success.
- Deliver excellent onboarding and post-placement support.
- Meet weekly metrics, including calls, interviews, and placements.
- Set and track personal and team goals with manager support.
